Standard Feedback Systems

Based on linear encoder models M, C and F that cover the mechanical and electrical needs of most conventional or standard machines. In other words Mills, Boring Mills, Grinders, EDM, Lathes, etc.

Linear Encoder for Press Breaks

FAGOR has developed a linear encoder with a side support independent from the press brake to ensure that the deflection of the machine does not affect the bending angle. Its design is based on MTD model linear encoders providing differential TTL signals but either with only two reference marks (one at each end) or with distance-coded reference marks.

Linear Encoder for Press Brakes, Encoder, Encoders, Linear Encoder, Linear Encoders

 S/SV Series Catalog

      Especially recommended for CNC applications or applications with a measuring length of up to 2040 mm in high-speed and high-vibration environments. The special and patented designing of the mounting points minimizes accuracy errors due to temperature changes. On the other hand, the SV series includes a special support that further improves its behavior against the vibrations caused by the machine (TDMS®). It offers incremental installer as well as distance-coded reference marks. The reader head of this linear encoder has a connector and its outside dimensions make it possible to install it in small places.

G Series Catalog

      Especially recommended for CNC machines or for applications with a measuring length (axis travel) of up to 3040 mm in high speed and vibration. Its special patented design of mounting points improves linear encoder accuracy despite temperature variations (TDMS). It offers incremental reference marks every 50 mm that may be selected by the installer as well as distance-coded reference marks. The reader head of this linear encoder has a connector.

L Series Catalog

      Developed with Diffused light technology to generate electrical signals. These linear encoders are ideal for CNC machines with measuring lengths between 3,2 m and 30 m in high speed and vibration environments. The special and patented design of the mounting points (TDMS®) minimizes the effect of temperature changes on the precision of the linear encoder. It offers incremental reference marks every 50 mm or distance-coded and a connector at the reader head. The graduation pitch of the steel tape is 0.04 mm.

M  Series Catalog

      Especially designed for conventional EDM Machines, Grinders, Milling Machines and Lathes with a measuring length of up to 1540 mm. With reference marks every 50 mm or distance-coded and a connector on the reader head (except the MKT series whose reader head comes with a 3 meter cable). Its size makes it ideal for mounting it in limited spaces.

Its special design allows replacing the reader head without having to uninstall linear encoder and align it again.
